U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama is the Federal district court whose jurisdiction is comprised of the following counties: Baldwin, Choctaw, Clarke, Conecuh, Dallas, Escambia, Hale, Marengo, Mobile, Monroe, Perry, Washington, and Wilcox. It has jurisdiction over the city of Mobile.

The United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Alabama represents the United States in civil and criminal litigation in the court.
