The Glimmer Man is a 1996 action film directed by John Gray in which a detective has to find a serial killer, and uncovers a dastardly conspiracy. The Glimmer Man (Cole) supposedly got his moniker in Vietnam, where his targets would see only a glimmer in the dense vegetation, and then be killed.
The film stars Steven Seagal (as "Glimmer Man" Jack Cole), Bob Gunton, Brian Cox, Michelle Johnson , Keenen Ivory Wayans, Johnny Strong , and Ryan Cutrona .
