The Chamber was a game show that aired on Fox. It consisted of someone being put into a chamber and subjected to either heat, cold, or other extreme conditions. If they could hold up for a period of time, they would get $1 million. However, they could lose if they answered several questions wrong or their heart rate increased to a dangerous level (their vital signs were closely monitored). It was cancelled after a few episodes.
