TV Osaka

Television Osaka, Inc. (Japanese:テレビ大阪株式会社, Terebi Ōsaka Kabushiki Gaisha) is a local TV station based in Osaka, Japan. The TV station is also referred to as TVO. The mascot character is "Takoru-kun" (たこるくん). It is a network TV station of TXN.

History of TV Osaka

In 1981, the company was fonded. On March 1, 1982, it started a TV broadcasting as a network TV station of "Mega TON Network" (メガTONネットワーク). On December 1, 2003, the logo mark of the TV station was renewed and the TV station started a digital TV broadcasting.
