TKO may refer to:

• technical knockout in the sport of boxing; see knockout
• an episode of the science-fiction television series Babylon 5; see TKO (Babylon 5)
• a software company in Santa Cruz, Ca; Dublin, Ireland; and Dallas, Tx; that makes video games. Examples including such PC titles as Medal of Honor: Allied Assault Breakthrough and Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault (multiplayer only); console titles include GoldenEye 2: Rogue Agent (some levels and multiplayer frontend programming); cell phone/NGage titles include Call of Duty, Dance Boogie Down (1 & 2), and Gauntlet. Santa Cruz office closed down in early 2005, CEO let go about a month later with rumors of embezzling.
