Ricardo Chavira is an American actor.
After recurring roles on television series such as Six Feet Under and The Division , as well as a series regular role on The Grubbs , Chavira now has a starring role on the ABC hit dramedy Desperate Housewives. On this series, he plays Carlos Solis, and is credited under the name Ricardo Antonio Chavira. Chavira has a son named Thomas.
