my ger is 3mths old n her weight is 5.5kg. currently is drinking 130ml on 3 to 4 hourly. from time to time she will throw out after feed or during burping.
PD said nothing to worry.
anybody have similar experience??

You do not need to worry to much. My gal also has the same problem. But, she is growing well.
It is ok to throw about 1 - 2 tablespoons of milk after drinking. Aaccording to the books, it is the wind in the stomach that forced out the milk.
My baby gal is now 5.5mths. Drinking 150ml at 3-3.5hrs interval. I also started her on rice cereal since she was 4 months (once a day) and increased to twice daily when she turns 5 mths.
She is now weighing around 8kg and measures about 66cm.

tkz Snowball, the reason i am so worried is tat my ger will throw out ala merlion version. she may be drinking quietly n the next min, she will merlion.
haiz...feeding her is so stressful nowadays especially when i am outside.
Could it be the teat's hole is too big that leads to too fast milkflow for your baby?
I tried using Size M teats or Y-cut teats for my baby and the same happened.
I switched back to the Sz S teats and problem solved. But, my gal tend to throw out some milk after her feed. When we are out, I always bring extra bibs for her.

Throwing out milk like merlion shows that you may be feeding her too much. milk supply should be 120-150ml per kg, divid by no. of feed per 24 hr.
5.5kg, 8 feeds per day, she should be taking around 100ml and this is already counted on the high side.
My son had the same problem too before I learnt the formula.
my boy is 2 mths old and he is drinking 120ml of milk every 2.5 to 3 hrs. he vomits a mouthful of milk whenever we burp him and after an hr, he still throw out a little. i have checked with mrs wong, she suggests burping the bb before feeding.
